By becoming a member of Integrity Gaming (“Integrity Gaming Group,” “we,” “our,” or “the Organization”), you (“Member” or “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your relationship with Integrity Gaming in connection with any membership benefits, access privileges, and participation in the community or affiliated platforms, including but not limited to Discord, Arma Reforger game servers, and DayZ game servers.
1. Membership Expectations
All members of Integrity Gaming are held to a higher standard of conduct. As representatives of the community, your behavior reflects upon the integrity and reputation of the Organization. You agree to uphold respectful, responsible, and fair conduct at all times while participating in any Integrity Gaming platforms or affiliated events.
2. Revocation and Suspension
Membership may be suspended or revoked at any time, with or without notice, at the sole discretion of Integrity Gaming. Membership is a privilege—not a right—and is contingent upon continued adherence to these terms and the overall values of the Organization. No refunds shall be issued for any membership fees paid for periods during which access is suspended or terminated.
3. Privileges and Consideration
Membership may provide certain privileges on our Discord server or related communication platforms, such as access to private channels or community voting. However, membership is not a donation, even though the Organization does not yet have tax-exempt status under 501(c)(3). Membership dues are paid in exchange for consideration, including access to member-only services and community benefits.
4. Staff Eligibility and Monetization Compliance
Membership may be a prerequisite for eligibility to apply for staff or volunteer roles, including administrative and moderation positions. However, Integrity Gaming does not recruit, accept applications from, or extend offers to non-members for conflict resolution roles or similar positions. This is to remain compliant with the monetization and administrative licensing terms established by Bohemia Interactive.
Importantly, membership does not grant or imply any guarantee of selection for such roles. Members understand and agree that staff or admin roles are conferred solely at the discretion of the Organization and require adherence to additional eligibility criteria.
Furthermore, membership confers no special access or favor with respect to in-game roles, systems, or restricted mechanics used in our servers, which are made available to all qualified players—members and non-members alike—under the same terms of use.
5. Agency and Authority
Membership does not grant any authority to act on behalf of Integrity Gaming Group as an agent, representative, or spokesperson. Members shall not purport to bind the Organization in any manner, incur debts, enter contracts, or otherwise act as though they possess legal or financial authority on its behalf.
6. No Liability and Indemnification
By obtaining membership, you expressly agree to hold harmless and indemnify Integrity Gaming Group, its administrators, staff, volunteers, and affiliates, from any and all liability, damages, claims, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your participation, actions, or interactions within the Organization or its platforms.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not obtain or continue membership with Integrity Gaming.
