- IF YOUR APPEAL FOCUSES ON DEFENDING YOUR ACTIONS BY CLAIMING “ADMIN ABUSE” AND/OR SIMPLY CRITICIZING OUR STAFF IN A DISPARAGING OR OFFENSIVE MANNER, IT WILL NOT BE GIVEN CONSIDERATION. IT WILL LIKELY RESULT IN FURTHER ACTION AND INABILITY TO APPEAL.
- BAN APPEALS CANNOT BE SUBMITTED FOR BANS THAT ARE LESS THAN 12 HOURS AND MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE BANNED USER ONLY. APPEALS FOR BANS UNDER 48 HRS ARE LIKELY TO BE CONSIDERED MOOT, BUT IF AN APPEAL SEEKS TO CHALLENGE THE BAN ON ITS FACE AND NOT MERELY ASK FOR CONSIDERATION OF A REDUCED BAN TIMELINE,WE STILL ENCOURAGE YOUR APPEAL.
- ADDITIONALLY, ARMA INSURGENCY AUTOBANS FOR CIV AND FRIENDLY KILLS ARE 3 HOURS AND NOT ONLY CANNOT BE APPEALED AS THEY CAN NOT BE REVERSED BY ADMINS. THESE BANS DO NOT CONSIDER IF IT WAS INTENTIONAL. INTENTIONAL ACTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO ADMIN ACTION AND REPORTS BY OTHER PLAYERS REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF SUCH KILLS.

As of March 30th, 2026, all users MUST log in to submit tickets. New users can only register using Discord. This will still work even if you are appealing a Discord server ban. Those with an existing account are able to link their accounts to their Discord which will eventually be a requirement by end of April, 2026.
